Return Policy

At Poor Cat Designs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or 14 days for a store credit or exchange, subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility:
• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
• Certain items (e.g., personalized or final sale items) are not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@poorcatdesigns.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Once the RMA is issued, please securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number in the return package.
3. Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method, as Poor Cat Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds & Processing:
• Refunds or store credits will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
